As a Sales Executive you will report to the Sales Manager and your objective will be build, develop and maintain relationships with customers;
You will be responsible for:
Contact and acquire large volumes of customers in order to expand the sales activities of the company.
Build, develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing customer support where required for defined customers.
Acquisition (new customers) and Retention of Customers (Improvement of the Customer Satisfaction via Sales with high level quality
Follow up of Leads coming from marketing campaigns
Requisitos
Qualifications
Native level of Flemish (and Walloon)
Excellent level of English
Experience
2 years of previous experience in telesales or sales
Experience of working in a telecommunication, technology or IT sector
Skills
Good telephone manner and customer service experience
Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
